Nanyang Business School‘s Welcome Day for new students was held on 7 Aug 2014 at NTU. They were asked to bring along a small packet of uncooked rice. The rice was placed in empty plastic bottles donated by Crowne Plaza Hotel and arranged as a stage display with the NBS letters. It measured 2.5m by 6.0m. The rice were later donated to needy families.
