At the Rise & Shine Expo, 315 children took part in a colouring contest. Participants were encouraged to imagine and express the thoughts of a fish through colours. The event was held at Suntec International Conventional Centre on 28 Sep 2013. A compilation of the 32 winning entries will be bounded into a children’s book.
