Loyang Primary School organises the Loyang Fiesta annually as an openhouse for residents in the vicinity to join its activities. At the fiesta on 29 Mar 2014, many visitors joined the students to set the record for the largest relay race with a beanbag placed on their heads. A total of 353 adults and children including the event’s Guest-of-Honour MP Zainal Sapari participated.
