Two of Singapore’s strongest competitive eaters, Zermatt Neo and Sarah Ow, both 28, were invited to The Cathay for a face-off eating 8 rolls of Maki-San’s sushi. Zermatt ate up 1.84 kg of the Japanese dish in 6 min 14 sec and Sarah completed the same amount 20 sec later. The programme started earlier on 6 Aug 2016 as the finals of a 4-roll sushi maki eating competition.
