40 teams with a total of 260 paddlers took part in the tug-of-war competition by rowing rather than pulling. The newly renovated ActiveSG Hockey Village at Boon Lay was officially opened on 17 Aug 2019. It was also the National Day Observance Ceremony at Boon Lay CC.
