The inaugural Joo Chiat Car-Free Day took place on 3 Oct 2026, transforming a half-km stretch of Joo Chiat Road into a vibrant, pedestrian-only street festival. Pawsible LLP, a dog enrichment school along the road, joined the festivities by inviting dog-owners to have their pets’ paws painted and walked along a paper scroll. After 4 hours, the completed banner measured 0.45m by 27.7m.
