Yumin Primary School marked its 50th anniversary with staff and students cooperating to make a 1m-by-2m diamond art. That form is made by placing tiny, sparkly resin gems onto a sticky, symbol-coded canvas to create a shimmering mosaic image. The board was left in a room where students, in their free time, can go in throughout a term to place the gems. The record was awarded at their anniversary celebration on 1 Sep 2026.
