Largest Montage Of Singapore-Themed Indian Canvas Paintings

To commemorate SG60, Buangkok CC IAEC mobilised over 100 people from the community to paint about Singapore on 50-by-50cm canvases using acrylic paints and clay. The 60 pieces traced Singapore’s history as a fishing village to Sang Nila Utama, Raffles to the 60th anniversary of independence. They were painted in a number of Indian artforms like madhubani, gond, phad and warli. On 6 Dec 2025, the canvases were displayed as a montage measuring 1.0m by 15.0m at the CC, but eventually will be mounted on the walls of the hall.
