National Gallery Singapore celebrated its first anniversary with over 60 interactive installations and programmes stretching for a month. One of the popular installations was the Balloon Jungle which was completed on 17 Nov 2016. Until it was dismantled on 3 Jan 2017, for 47 days the exhibition remained in indefatigable condition with little signs of deflation. This seemed possible only in the hands of internationally renowned balloon maestro Lily Tan.
