Ace The Place CC at Woodlands had its Deepavali dinner celebration on 24 Nov 2018 at the CC. Chef Bala, President of the Indian Chef Association, was invited to show guests how to make their own dessert.  249 people put on disposable gloves and got their hands sticky to mould glutinous rice into shapes that looked like sushi. They topped the sticky rice with diced mangos and some herbs.
