Tampines East CC held its National Day Dinner in the Bliss Garden Restaurant, Singapore Expo on 5 Aug 2017. Diners handed over their tickets at the registration after tearing off the lucky draw butts. The back of the tickets were printed in either red and white and volunteers stuck them to a board to form the Singapore flag. With about 800 participants, the flag measured 2.2m by 1.5m.
