To commemorate the school’s Diamond Jubilee, Anglican High School set the record for the largest straw heart mosaic on 12 Mar 2016. Over a few weeks prior to that day, close to 30,000 hearts were folded from drinking straws and pasted on a board measuring 10.2m by 2m. The straw mosaic was unveiled at the school’s indoor sports halls witnessed by guests, teachers and students.
