On 8 March 2012 at Chua Chu Kang Stadium, 428 students from Chua Chu Kang Secondary School ran a distance of 1 km around the track as one of the school’s Sports Day activities. Pairs of runners had to keep pace with each other as they were literally bonded by rubber bands that were used to tie their hands together. As the school was also celebrating its 20th anniversary, they ended their run on the field with a human formation of the figure 20.
