Students and staff of Pei Chun Public School were given ping pong balls to write their wishes for Singapore. Members of the alumni arranged 1965 of them to form the letters ‘SG’ signifying Singapore’s year of independence. The 1.9m by 3.8m display took centre stage for the school’s National Day celebration on 8 Aug 2017.
Sharing a very nice video done by the school on the whole process from painting the ping pong balls to getting it ready for National Day Celebration in school day. An admirable and impressive effort put in by a few key Alumni members, school teachers and administrators to coordinate and facilitate the whole process. Thank you!
