Largest Tea Brewing Ceremony

A Tea Journal – organised by Temenggong Artists-In-Residence was a series of tea activities starting with a Nanyang Tea Challenge, the opening exhibition of Singaporean artist Kim Whye Kee which featured teaware made mainly from Singapore clay and Stories of Tea exhibition which presented a variety of antique teawares through the various Chinese dynasties. The event on 1 Sep 2019 had 200 people participating in the tea-brewing ceremony which was to celebrate Temenggong’s tenth anniversary and in commemoration of Singapore Bicentennial.
