‘It always seems impossible until it’s done’ – a message Certis Quality Excellence team wanted to bring across to its staff when they conducted the Largest Rubik’s Cube Training Workshop on 24 Sep 2018 at Lifelong Learning Institute. 214 employees of Certis were given a job breakdown sheet, which is a step-by-step guide, on how to solve the Rubik’s Cube. After the session, 170 participants successfully completed their very first Rubik’s Cube with a colour on each side within 30 minutes.
