For the fifth year, Nee Soon GRC organised its Pets Fiesta for residents in that area on 28 Sep 2019. Over 100 vendors exhibited their products and services at MPC@Khatib. A lighted dog collar was given out to those taking part in the heart-shaped formation. 95 dogs paraded with their new toys.
