Meridian Primary School marked its 25th anniversary by breaking the multi-racial dance record on 29 May 2025 with 840 staff and students jiving together. They danced for over 5 min to a medley of 5 songs: Dikir Puteri (Malay), Ellappugazhum (Indian), Xi Shui Chang Liu (Chinese), Jikli Nona (Eurasian) and the school song. The dance was chosen to reflect the school’s commitment towards racial harmony and inclusivity.
