As part of their final project at the National Institute of Education, 19 students chose to create awareness for Retired Senior Volunteer Programme (RSVP Singapore) and its activities. They approached members of the public to write messages of gratitude and appreciation to senior volunteers. On 4 Dec 2014, at an appreciation dinner held at SAFRA Toa Payoh, about 4,700 of the message cards were arranged to form a heart shape measuring 4.9m by 5.5m.
