Largest Display Of Halloween Lanterns

Halloween came early when the Geylang Neighbourhood Committee organised a party on 21 Oct 2017 at the Lorong 40 playground. The place was covered with spooky decorations including 303 Halloween lanterns with LED lights inside. They were later distributed to all who were present.
