Alcon celebrated the launch of its new contact lens manufacturing platform, DSM Flex, with a cultural and team-building retreat for its staff at Star Vista on 21 Nov 2019. One of the activities was for all the 270 personnel to draw traditional Indian designs on pieces of foam boards and acrylic mirrors. These pieces were later assembled by Vijaya Mohan and her team of artists to form a rangoli-like floor design.
