Geylang Serai CC’s Mid-Autumn celebration featured one of the largest and brightest moon images ever seen. 12,000 tiny LED lights went into the making of a 2.4m-diameter moon that served as the backdrop for the emcee who was dressed as Chang Er. The festival was about the latter who floated to the moon to save her country, according to the legend. The event was held at Wisma Geylang Serai on 23 Sep 2018.
