Largest Seafood Platter, First Frozen Microwaveable Crab Dishes

螃蟹之家House of Seafood hosted 400 elderly and less fortunate people to a charity Lunar New Year lunch at its Punggol Point outlet. A huge 1.8m-diameter platter of premium seafood delicacies was displayed on 15 Feb 2016. It was made up of 258 prawns, 70 scallops, 120 mussels, 42 bamboo clams, 10 Sri Lanka crabs and 3 giant lobsters. After experimenting for over two years, House of Seafood has recently launched Singapore’s first microwaveable, ready-to-eat, vacuum-packed crab dishes. Dato Francis Ng, CEO of the restaurant chain, was also honoured with this breakthrough award.
