The People’s Association organised the Integration Carnival on 18 May 2013 at Siloso Beach, Sentosa, to bring Singaporeans and new immigrants of different backgrounds to come together for a time of food, games and other entertainment. Participants were also invited to use their Passion-EZ-Link cards to make a donation. After 3 hours, 1,108 people had made deductions from their cards. A total of $2,348 was raised for a charitable cause.
