The Purple Parade is a movement that supports the inclusion and celebrates the abilities of persons with special needs. At their carnival held at Hong Lim Park on 15 Nov 2014, a booth was set up to offer temporary hair colour. 280 people had at least one-third of their hair sprayed purple to show their support for the special needs community.
