Republic Polytechnic had won trophies in the Underwater Robotics category at the Singapore Robotics Games for the last 5 years. To cultivate the secondary school students’ interest in underwater robotics and to share the basics with them, RP’s School of Engineering had students from 20 schools collaborate to build a 17m-long diving robot. A demonstration was carried out at the RP swimming pool on 28 May 2014
