Hewlett Packard demonstrated its prototype SitePrint at a staff event on 25 Apr 2024. The autonomous printer reads 2D blueprints and prints them directly onto the floor of a construction site. At the event it printed the outline of the Singapore map. Thereafter, the staff placed the used shoes they had collected for recycling, to fill up the 10m-by-5.6m map.
