On 22 Apr 2006, 60 male volunteers had their faces cleansed, exfoliated and applied with the Nugeno face lifting cream at Junction 8. Measurements were taken before the application of the cream from the earlobe to the philtrum and 10 min thereafter. A total of 36.8 cm were taken off the 60 men’s faces, not counting those who had minimal effect of less than 5 mm. On 20 Aug 2011 at Tampines Mall, 89 men and women took part in a demonstration using Bio-essence face lifting cream and a total 43.5 cm was lifted off their faces. The events were organised by LD Waxson, makers of both creams.
