Kolam Ayer CC is planning to set up a large ‘rangoli’ on the wall outside the CC to celebrate Deepavali. However the traditional Indian artwork was created using colourful spoons on acrylic sheets instead of the traditional flour on the floor. Launched on 18 Oct 2015, the 3.om by 6.7m collage involving the creativity of many volunteers, was led by rangoli artist Vijaya Mohan.
