Tiong Bahru CC is Singapore’s first community centre. To celebrate its 75th anniversary, it roped in one of Tiong Bahru’s most iconic food suppliers, Jian Bo Shui Kueh which started in that area. 578 pieces of the chwee kueh formed a 2-tier circular ‘birthday cake’ with a 1.5m diameter.
