Among the highlights of Liang Court’s 2-week Japanese Dolls Festival, was the creation of a mega chirashi zushi, a 1.15m by 4.22m plate of scattered sushi with colourful toppings, normally served at special occasions. More than 60 shoppers were invited to assist in making the chirashi zushi and thereafter to share in the meal or take a cut-out portion home. The excitement took place at Liang Court’s first level on 2 Mar 2013.
