The Family Life Champions of Ayer Rajah, Boon Lay, Clementi, Pioneer, Woodgrove, Yew Tee and Yuhua CCs jointly organised a New Year dinner on 1 Jan 2016 for couples to express their love and renew their wedding vows. As they entered Ban Heng Pavilion Restaurant, 488 participants wrote well wishes on pieces of sticky linens which were then stuck on a huge 0.65m-diameter wedding ball. The red cloth ball was symbolically carried by a Chinese wedding couple in the ancient times.
