On 7 Jun 2015 at Changi Simei Community Club Open House, residents put together 1,406 push cakes together to form an SG50 logo which measured 2.3m in diameter. The cakes were made by residents during their baking lessons at the CC’s new state-of-the-art homecraft room. The cakes were displayed at the sports hall located on the 5th level which was officially opened that day.
