Lily Tan and her team who has been regularly setting balloon records, took up the challenge to create a portrait of the late Lee Kuan Yew with just balloons. On 6 Jun 2015, using 10,000 balloons, they created the 3.8m by 4.9m representation of Singapore’s founding father. The occasion also marked the opening of the new community hall near Block 420 in Jurong West Street 42, organised by Jurong Central Zone B RC.
