Teachers’ Day at Cedar Girls’ Secondary School on 5 Sep 2013 featured the Hollywood theme as the teachers were superstars for the day. Many ‘Oscars’ were given out to the teachers. The entire student population of 1,263 then sang their school song with hands and cups tapping the floor in well synchronised beats. This performance was to foster strong bonds and for students to express their love for the school as well as paying tribute to their teachers.
