Pupils in Yuhua Secondary School were given foam hearts and they had to cut out heart-shapes and on them write how they felt care and concern could be demonstrated. At the technical workshop, the school’s initials were cut from acrylic sheets and about 30 Sec 1 students helped to paste the foam hearts on the letters. The record was presented to the school on 24 Oct 2013 for the 1,518 hearts pasted on the letters measuring a total 3.3m by 8.6m. The impressive boards will be installed on the school’s walls when it moves back to its new premises in 2015.
