Largest Ship Sculpture With Handpainted Sails

Mayflower Primary School marked its 40th anniversary this year with a model of a sailing ship. The 7 sails, with a total area of 30 sqm, were covered with 1,040 cloth patches drawn and painted by students, teachers and parent volunteers. The ship was unveiled at the school’s carnival on 16 Nov 2019.
