Rainbow Centre caters to children with special needs. On 24 Oct 2014, students from JCU Singapore and trainers from Camp Challenge brought 28 of them out for a one-day outdoor learning experience at Marina Barrage. In one of the activities, 52 UNO cards were placed facing down and players in a 6-person team had to open 2 cards at a time to find a matching pair until all the cards were opened. The fastest time achieved that day for this new record was 10 min 20 sec.
