At the birthday dinner of its deity in Mohd Sultan Road, Singapore Lam Ann Association (Hong San See) erected a shou dao tower measuring 1.05m in diameter and 2.78m high, and a mian xian tower of a similar diameter and a height of 2.87m. There were also 2 huat kuehs measuring 63 cm in diameter and 25 cm high. Shou dao is literally a longevity peach-shaped bun. Mian xian (or commonly called misua) is a wheat vermicelli signifying long life and is a traditional birthday food. Huat kueh is symbolic of prosperity.
